REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI)

The United Nations Truce Supervision Organization (UNTSO) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from interested locally (Jerusalem and vicinity) based caterers/restaurants/companies for the Provision of Cafeteria Catering Services as listed below. The specifications/scope of the requirements will be provided in due course with the solicitation documents.

1. Location of the provision of the cafeteria catering services: UNTSO HQ cafeteria in Jerusalem.
2. Opening hours: Monday-Friday from 7:30 – 15:30 Hours.
3. The Contractor shall provide personnel, supplies, and foodstuffs to operate full food service.
4. Services must include self-service and takeout for breakfast and hot lunch meal with at least one vegetarian option (hot meal, soup, salads, dessert), soft drinks and coffee throughout the day.
5. Cafeteria usage may vary, with an average of 50 hot meals daily.

In responding to this Request for Expression of interest, you are required to submit the following documentation by the given deadline 14 March 2025 at 15:00 local time:

• Vendor details (name, address, telephone number, email)
• A summary of your organization profile, structure and main activities (no more than one page)
• Evidence of provision of similar services (copies of at least two prior purchase orders/ contract awards or recommendation letters form clients must be provided).
